Officiants
· One of our ministers will guide you in creating a ceremony that is uniquely special to you. We recommend that you meet with him or her in person at least
once prior to your ceremony.
. Ceremonies can be religious/spiritual or secular, depending on your own personal beliefs.
· Fee: $250, paid directly to the minister
Our ministers are also available to perform ceremonies at any other location.
The fee will be adjusted to take into account travel times and expenses.
Standard Ceremony
Use of our sanctuary, social hall or grounds includes:
· Rehearsal time the day before the ceremony · Access to the sanctuary or grounds to decorate preceding the ceremony
· A set-up of chairs on our grounds for outside ceremonies
· A LOTM wedding coordinator for up to four hours to assist you
on the day of the ceremony. Additional hours are charged at a rate of $25.
· Basic clean-up: you must remove everything you brought with you. · Fee: $750 to use our facility for a wedding and reception:
$400 to use our facility for a wedding ceremony only
(does not include fee for an officiant)
An additional clean-up fee of $150 will be charged if
you prefer to leave all decorations for us to remove.
A $250 deposit will be required to confirm your date with the balance
paid prior to the wedding day.
Intimate Basic Ceremony
· You may also choose to have an informal ceremony performed in our sanctuary
or grounds with less than ten guests. This does not include any use of the facility
other than for the time of the ceremony.
· Fee: $150 (does not include fee for an officiant)
Receptions
· Light on the Mountains has a beautiful newly completed 800 square foot social hall.
Our space can easily accomodate a sit-down dinner for up to 60 people. Use of our tables
and chairs are included in the cost of renting our facility. Pictures will be posted soon. |
